April 2022 Product Update

Hi there,

Welcome back to your monthly status report from Argyle, showcasing all we have accomplished in April. Let’s dive in.

Link 4.0

Argyle Link, our SDK enabling your customers to share the full scope of their employment records without leaving your website or app, just got a major upgrade.

Link 4.0 makes it easier than ever for users to successfully share their income and employment records. A new customizable intro screen, an improved search experience, better guidance when providing credentials, simplified MFA, and clearer error messages all combine to increase conversion and provide a delightful, trustworthy, and seamless user experience.

As always, that user experience can be configured, tailored, and branded to fit your specific use case using Link Customizer.

If you use the web version of Link, this update has been applied automatically. If you use a Link mobile SDK, check out the Link Upgrade Guide to switch to Link 4.0. To learn more, read our blog post highlighting the redesign.

Pay distribution to cards

Argyle Link allows users to update which bank account(s) their pay goes to for Deposit Switch or Paycheck-linked Lending. In April we also rolled out the ability for users’ pay distribution update to include cards too.

To learn more, check out our updated Pay Distribution Documentation Guide in our Docs. We welcome and encourage any feedback on this feature, which we continue to roll out across additional integrations.

OCR for Documents no longer in Beta

We’re excited to announce that our OCR capability has matured out of Beta! We’re now seeing a consistent average success rate of 97% for scanned 1099s & W-2s.

OCR removes one more manual task for your team by enabling automated pre-screening. If you missed the beta period but would like to enable OCR to save your team time and money, please reach out to your Argyle Account Executive or Customer Success Manager to learn more.

Coverage

Last month we launched our Handy, FrankCrum, Oracle PeopleSoft, Virtual OneStop, UKG Ready, and Namely integrations. We also introduced the Pay Distribution Update functionality to our Oracle Cloud HCM integration and upgraded the JPMorgan Chase integration to return previously unavailable Activities data.

We set a new company record this April by establishing connections to over 600 new employers. These include more than a dozen new Fortune 500 companies, such as Wells Fargo, HP, Big Lots!, and General Electric.
