July 2023 Product Update

Another month is in the books, and we’re pleased to present all-new product updates, two major milestones, and exciting events on the horizon.

What have we been up to at Argyle? In July, we introduced several product updates to create the best experience for you and your customers. The all-new Argyle Link 5.2 is officially up and running, our URL invites just got a major facelift, and our verified coverage continues to grow.

Let’s jump right in.

Link 5.2

Argyle Link 5.2 is now available, and it’s chock-full of improvements.

What’s different?

  • Username and password reset buttons are now separate.

  • Employers that use multiple payroll platforms are now consolidated into a single search result.

  • Customers connecting to popular benefit providers are now prompted to confirm whether they are employees or recipients (and then redirected appropriately).

All of this adds up to a smoother connection experience for customers, and, ultimately, higher end-to-end conversions for your business.

To explore Argyle Link 5.2 and start enjoying its many benefits, check out our quick upgrade guide.

New URL invite experience for higher conversion

If you use Argyle Console or the Argyle API to send URL invites, you’ll notice several upgrades:

  • Our redesigned email improves click-through rates. Fully customizable in Console settings, the new design helps you better match your branding, provides key context and instructions to your customers, inspires them to confidently click your links, and empowers them to start the payroll connection process with ease.

  • Speaking of redesign, we updated the landing page that hosts the connection experience, too. Now, your branding can be front and center—and with a customizable list of instructions alongside Argyle Link, your customers can more easily see the connection process through to completion.

  • Want to quickly re-invite customers whose payroll connection has expired? It’s simpler than ever. Just hit the “resend” button in Console, and the customer will receive an email or SMS, allowing them to reconnect with a single tap.

To customize and implement these changes, visit the Console settings page.

Verified coverage expanded by over 2.8 million

Argyle’s verified coverage continues to expand! In July, our records increased by more than 2.8 million, and we synced payroll records from over 1,600 new employers.
