Partnerships (Open Employment Data)

Argyle is a remote-first, Series A fast-growing tech startup that has reimagined how we can use employment data.

Renting an apartment, buying a car, refinancing a home, applying for a loan. The first question that they will ask you is, "how do you earn your money?" Wouldn’t you think that information foundational to our society would be simple to manage, transfer and control? Well, it’s not!

Argyle provides businesses with a single global access point to employment data. Any company can process work verifications, gain real-time transparency into earnings and view worker profile details.

We are a fun and passionate group of people, all working remotely across 19 different countries and counting. We are now looking for a Partnerships specialist to grow our integrated network of payroll and employment partners.

You will refine and expand our external messaging to these partners, execute new partnerships, and own long-term strategic planning around growing this network. This role will require creativity and comfort in ambiguity; you will have full ownership to drive new initiatives that expand our data partner network via marketing campaigns, relationship-building, strategic product initiatives, and even policy advocacy.

What will you do?

  • Build out Argyle's network of payroll platforms and employer partners, including developing relationships with key stakeholders and working with the Marketing team to reach a wider audience on the benefits of working with Argyle to protect employee data.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Data and Product teams to identify and implement features which benefit Argyle's data partnership goals.
  • Own all elements of new data partnership execution: Prospecting, scoping, deal structuring, negotiation, legal contracting, and implementation; take initiative to identify creative means of accelerating the growth of the data partner network.
  • Assist the VP of Business Development in refining and executing the long-term strategic goals of the Argyle data partner network.
