Argyle provides businesses with a single global access point to employment data. Any company can process work verifications, gain real-time transparency into earnings and view worker profile details.

As the first Business Operations hire at Argyle, you will tackle mission-critical strategic initiatives across teams and functional areas. You will help answer high-priority questions for client-facing and product teams in addition to identifying and incubating new growth opportunities for the business yourself. This role will offer exposure to many different areas of the business and the right candidates will be excited to play many different roles as the company rapidly scales.


What will you do?

  • Provide analytical and tactical support to teams across Argyle in tackling mission-critical strategic initiatives, like pricing model updates, product resourcing trade-offs, or product expansion plans
  • Work directly with client-facing teams to identify and incubate attractive new market segments for Argyle
  • Support teams in prioritizing and launching new products via market research, internal analysis, and/or direct client feedback gathering.
  • Proactively surface and evaluate inorganic growth opportunities that support Argyle's overall company goals


What are we looking for

  • 4+ years of experience an analytical role such as previous business operations roles and/or management consulting
  • Strong organizational or project management skills and a self-starter mindset, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Curious and proactive individual(s) eager to accelerate their career and engage deeply with the major strategic questions faced by the company
  • [Nice to have] Previous experience in a high-growth technology company
  • [Nice to have] Experience with and/or deep understanding of API infrastructure landscape and unique challenges
