Business Operations Analyst

Job description
  • Identify and execute the strategy, implementation, project management, and operationalization of key initiatives across Argyle
  • Lead strategic revenue efforts, which may include new market entry planning, strategic client relationship management, and/or direct sales to support new product development
  • Supporting sales teams with key BD projects, from prioritizing opportunities through to creating sales playbooks across new market opportunities
  • Will include taking the lead on market positioning and launch strategy, generating relevant market and competitor insights, and applying learnings
  • Propose adaptations to maintain and accelerate traction in the initial months following market entry
  • New markets playbooks: Create, refine, and execute new markets playbooks, which includes coordination or resources, deliverables and the decision-making process
  • Build a team to support you and further scale our expansion
  • Cross-functional quarterbacking: Work cross-functionally (with Operations, Marketplace, Partnerships, Sales) to define and deliver actionable plans to fulfill customer requirements

  • Director of Strategy will unlock new sales conversations aligned with strategic initiatives, initially credit products, by leveraging network, prior industry experience, and careful customer relationship management
  • "" will act as an advisor to sales and customer success teams in selling and managing key accounts
  • Initially, Director of Strategy will focus efforts to:
  • Leverage network and contacts to build a pipeline of lender customers
  • Seek out potential build partners for strategic new credit products: Income stability scores; Value-added insights; Credit decision orchestration; etc.
  • Work with sales team during sales process and customer success team during ongoing account management for these customers, to build a deep understanding of lender customer pain points and product opportunities for Argyle within a credit decision
  • Carefully synthesize learnings for the team; work cross-functionally to inform product strategy and deliver actionable plans to fulfill customer requirements
  • With additional capacity, support VP of Strategy in partner management, data-driven analysis to support business decisions, and otherwise support new market entry or new product initiatives
