If you rent an apartment, buy a car, refinance a home, apply for a loan — the first question you’ll often be asked, “how do you make money?“. You’d think information so foundational to our economy would be simple to manage, transfer and control — but it isn’t.

Argyle is the easiest way for people to instantly share their income and employment data with any product or service. Users exercise complete control over how their data is accessed, and businesses receive real-time access to this data via the Argyle API.

We’re looking for our first field marketing specialist to join our growing team and build out our events program! This person will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and execution of field marketing campaigns such as in-person and online events that Argyle attends, sponsors, and hosts. This requires event planning, collaborating with partners or vendors, and implementing and optimizing an online webinar or event platform.

The right person is creative, detail-oriented and organized. This role is highly collaborative and requires a communicative and energetic personality to manage projects from start to finish with others.

About the team

What will you do?

  • Build our field marketing program and collaborate with the marketing and revenue teams to drive lead generation through field marketing campaigns
  • Evaluate new opportunities to get in front of our audience and reach company goals
  • Mange Argyle hosted events, webinar program, and event calendar
  • Manage third party event engagements, both online and in-person
  • Run logistics for in-person events from start to finish, including sourcing venues and vendors, sending invitations, setup, day-of logistics, wrap up of events, booking travel and accommodations for the team, booth design, swag orders, etc.
  • Implement and optimize an online webinar or event platform
  • Own and track event budgets, ROI measurements, and engagement metrics
  • Test and report on learnings and recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with other departments and vendor partners who support marketing events such as sales, design, and product

What are we looking for?

  • 1-3 years of field marketing/event coordination experience
  • Strong interest in fintech and marketing; intellectually curious
  • Proficiency with online webinar and/or event platforms
  • Strong organizational or project management skills and a self-starter mindset, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player who easily collaborates with others
