About the team

Partnerships are a critical component of our GTM strategy - allowing us to expand our reach and brand presence as we scale Argyle. We’re in the early innings of this motion, so you have an opportunity to come in at the ground floor and own the build and execution of the strategy, scale the team, and have a material impact on our business. Partnerships has a wide purview at Argyle, covering brand building relationships, referrals, marketplaces, resellers, and data providers.

What will you do?

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will own and execute on our partnership strategic direction and be responsible for the success of scaling relationships and generating both direct revenue and visibility for the business. You will determine where to invest our resources to maximize impact across the broad array of partnership opportunities, including brand building relationships, referrals, marketplaces, resellers, and data providers.

  • A heavy emphasis of the role will be on resellers that can supercharge our sales efforts. This involves defining a reseller working model, identifying ideal partners, establishing pricing, leading sales enablement, and quarterbacking the relationships with key accounts.
  • Work cross functionally with the sales and customer success teams on the identification, contracting, and implementation of key accounts. Work closely with the data and product teams to implement features that benefit our partnership goals.
  • Establish foundational performance tracking metrics for the Partnerships function and build out reporting infrastructure in conjunction with the Analytics and Finance teams.
  • Represent Argyle to the external fintech ecosystem, including effectively communicating the benefits of the platform and delving into technical details as necessary

What are we looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or other externally-facing roles with demonstrated success in building relationships, and scaling external partners.
  • Demonstrated creativity and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Understanding of API technology and the aggregated data ecosystem.
  • Highly strategic thinkers with a long-term orientation, capable of building and executing multi-year business plans.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
