In our day-to-day operations, everyone at Argyle follows a few key principles.

Make new mistakes

We don’t build things perfectly the first time. We are transparent about mistakes, we fix them, and we learn from them. In other words, we make plenty of new mistakes and very few old ones.

Every team member owns a part Argyle, and we each make choices that reflect that ownership. We regularly check in to determine if the decisions we’re making add value to the company and correct course if they do not.
