Link Customization

Learn how to customize the Argyle Link experience.

Overview

The various button and placeholder texts can be customized to meet your needs and provide a seamless transition for users moving between your website or app and the Argyle experience.

There are two ways to customize Argyle Link:

  1. Via the Link Customizer - a UI interface with an instant preview that manages all customizations.
  2. Setting Link parameter individually within the Link configuration.

For the full parameters list and their usage, please refer to the Argyle Link Configuration Guide.

Link Customizer

Link Customizer is a powerful tool that allows you to customize the appearance of Link in your app or website through a friendly user interface.

Customizer is available on the Console. You can easily create, customize, and preview your Link customizations and obtain their respective customizationId's:

The basic flow for utilizing Link Customizer is:

  1. Create a customization.
  2. Add the customizationId to the Link parameters:

Parameters explicitly set in the Link configuration override what is set in Link Customizer.

The Link Customizer currently does not support UI customization in the pay distribution screens — allow_editing and allow_add_allocation. These will be added to the Customizer in the near future, but they can currently be set as parameters in the pay distribution config.
