Argyle Appoints Terri Davis to Board of Advisors

Terri brings 20+ years of real-estate finance and technology experience to the table and will help guide our continued investments in the mortgage industry.

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve added Terri Davis to Argyle’s board of advisors. A seasoned leader in residential real estate, with matchless expertise in mortgage finance and technology, Terri will help us create a strong, strategic roadmap as we break new ground in the mortgage space.

A leading voice in fintech and proptech

Terri has spent over 20 years driving digital transformation in the mortgage and lending industries and advocating for the value of technology across different business models and use cases.

She is a co-founder and principal consultant at ALE Advisors, a full-service advisory firm that helps lending executives spur organizational growth, optimize for costs and profitability, and manage compliance and risk, so they can make the most of every investment. Terri is also the sole founder and executive advisor at Casa Nuestra Consulting, where she plans and implements tech-forward finance solutions and creates winning go-to-market (GTM) strategies for leadership teams in residential real estate.

Prior to her consulting career, Terri held a year-long tenure as general manager at Notarize, a first-in-class online notary startup, where she built a dynamic GTM team for the residential real estate department. From 2017 to 2021, she served as a vice president at ICE Mortgage Technology, where she led teams across regulatory compliance, enterprise accounts, client management, and sales initiatives. Terri has also held leadership roles at Fannie Mae, where she served for 19 years as vice president of revenue growth, customer acquisition, P&L management, and process improvement, and at PMI Mortgage Insurance Co., where she launched the first commercially available AI-based credit underwriting tool, pmiAURA™.

Terri has served on the secretary board of directors for the economic empowerment nonprofit Alice since 2022 and on the board of the Diablo Property Owners’ Association since 2016. She holds a degree in political science from Pepperdine University, as well as a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Denver, and studied eCommerce strategy through The Wharton School’s Executive Education program.

We’re excited to welcome Terri to the Argyle team and to leverage her vast experience and expertise as we build the next generation of mortgage technology.
