With her long track record for optimizing product performance, Debbie will be essential to keeping Argyle at the forefront of background check technology.
An accomplished leader in screening services
Debbie has dedicated more than 20 years of her career to catalyzing change in the background check space. She has worked for multiple consumer reporting agencies serving a broad spectrum of employer markets, where she held leadership roles in product strategy, product management, operations, and compliance.
In her longest-tenured role as chief operations and compliance officer at Employment Background Investigations, Inc., Debbie was instrumental in helping the company double its revenue overall and triple its revenue per employee. This achievement was largely the result of her operational restructuring work and system development efforts.
In June 2020, Debbie stepped away from full-time work to serve the industry through ongoing consulting opportunities. Today, she leverages her acumen for strategy and execution to help companies re-engineer products and processes, improve team performance, and maximize stakeholder returns.
