We updated our our Customer Terms to reflect a non-substantive clarification to the Modifications section, and making typographical or stylistic corrections.
We published a Messaging Policy with terms and policies applicable to customer use of email and text messaging functionalities, and made related changes to the Customer Terms and DPA.
We have deprecated our Master Services Agreement, which is replaced by our Customer Terms. The most recent version of our Master Services Agreement will remain live on our website until further notice, but will no longer be actively linked to on our Legal Page.
